An order is confirmed when payment is received via Stripe. Work begins after payment confirmation, typically within one business day.
You must provide legible, accurate, complete source materials. Additional charges may apply for incomplete or poorly formatted materials. Notify us of specific requirements at the time of ordering.

Upon full payment, you receive rights to use the translated content. Line Translations retains no rights to the delivered work. Source documents remain your property.
All submitted documents are treated as confidential. Translators are bound by NDA. Documents are not used beyond the commissioned translation.
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order. We are not liable for consequential loss unless caused by gross negligence. Legal review by qualified local counsel is recommended for translations used in binding proceedings.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Syracuse, Italy.
