When you contact us, request a quote, or place an order, we collect: name, email address, telephone number, country of residence, and any documents or content you submit. Server logs capture basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
We use your data exclusively to: respond to enquiries, deliver translation services, issue invoices, process payments via Stripe, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing.
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We do not receive or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share data with: translators engaged under NDA, Stripe for payment processing, and legal authorities where required. No data is transferred outside the EEA without adequate safeguards.
Documents submitted for translation are used only for the project. They are deleted within 30 days of project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Order and invoice records: 10 years (Italian fiscal law). Contact correspondence: 3 years. Technical logs: 90 days.
