Full refund if cancelled before work has commenced (typically within the first business day). Contact hello@linetranslations.com to cancel.
Partial refund proportional to work not yet completed. Completed work is charged at the applicable rate. Stripe processing fees are non-refundable.
If a completed translation is materially inaccurate, we will revise at no charge (one free revision included). If the error cannot be corrected to a reasonable standard, a partial or full refund may be considered.
If a confirmed deadline is missed by more than two business days without prior notification, you may request a partial refund of up to 15% of the order value.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe) within 5-10 business days.
